Welcome to SellForsure University Module Two: By Owner, or with Agent? In this module I explore the pros and cons of selling your home “for sale by owner,” versus selling using the services of a real estate agent. You will learn when it makes the most sense to go it alone, and when working with an agent on the sale of your house may well be to your best benefit. There are many circumstances where it does in fact make clear good sense for a home owner to sell on their own, without a real estate agent.
